The challenge
Running a live product from a database dashboard does not survive the first hundred users. Every support request becomes hand-written SQL, every pricing change is a manual row edit, and a mistyped query is a very bad afternoon.
Our approach
We built the operator surface around the jobs people actually do — answer a ticket, change a plan, ship a feature behind a flag, send a campaign, check yesterday's numbers — rather than generating a table editor per database table. Feature flags and app configuration are editable live, so copy fixes and capability changes do not wait on an app store review. It is responsive because incidents do not wait for someone to reach a laptop.
What shipped
Sixteen operator modules covering users, expenses, budgets, subscriptions, split groups, feedback, notifications, campaigns, leads, flags, configuration and analytics. Day-to-day database access is no longer needed.

- Find any user and change their plan, or suspend them
- Answer support and feedback without leaving the portal
- Turn features on and off without shipping an app update
- Send a push campaign and see what was delivered
- Read yesterday's signups, spend and active users
- Export any table to CSV for finance
